Black wheat is nutritionally richer than normal wheat in antioxidants (anthocyanins), iron and zinc. It also has a low glycemic index, which means, it will digest slowly without giving a sudden sugar spike in your body and give you sustained energy.
We combine the art and science of Indian traditional food processing and bring micronutrients back to your plate. Our black wheat flour is stone-milled at local chakki in the village. This process keeps most of the nutrients from germ, endosperm and bran intact, without oxidising or destroying them.
